Vincent SanQuini
Vincent graduated from the University of Syracuse with a double major in Finance and International Business, Vincent challenged himself with a difficult course load. Vincent has been a licensed realtor for 6 years. A well-traveled knowledgeable person, he has studied Chinese, Spanish and Italian, broadening his cultural horizons with every language. His desire to learn and try new things is what drives him to succeed. Vincent's thirst for knowledge and fervor for the arts give him a well-balanced perspective on life and a unique approach to real estate.
Kaitlyn M. Catoggio
Kaitlyn graduated with honors from Farmingdale College. Her major course of study was Applied Psychology. She has been a licensed realtor for 4 years. Her reputation and expertise in effectively representing both buyers and sellers, has lead to many repeat clients. Her body of work has earned her accolades from her many satisfied clients and the distinction of Top Producer year after year.
Michael DeLuca
Michael was born and raised in Margaretville. He moved west to complete his education in Colorado, earning a bachelors in Education. In 1997, Michael left teaching to begin his career in real estate. Returning to school Michael earned a Masters in Finance from St. John's University. Michael has been a licensed realtor since 2003, earning countless awards as a consistent top-end producer. Michael has earned a positive reputation through his hard-work and unequaled people skills.
Michael Mercado
Michael graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, it did not take Michael long to switch to one of his passions – real estate. Michael’s real estate career began in Southern Texas in 2004. Dedication and persistence allowed Michael to become the Number One Salesperson in his region by 2006, which had over 3,000 agents at that time. In 2008, Michael moved to New York, in large part due to the economic growth and opportunity. While selling luxury homes in 2005 and 2006 Michael also built and sold three luxury speculative custom homes ranging in price from $2,100,000 to $2,650,000, which gave Michael vital experience and knowledge in the creation and construction of custom homes.
Peter McAllister
Having relocated from Bergen County, New Jersey to Margaretville 25 years ago, Peter has acquired first hand knowledge of state and local market conditions, zoning regulations, financing, infrastructure issues, schools, taxes, etc. that have proven invaluable to his clients. He graduated from Penn State University with a Business degree, and has been a licensed realtor for over 30 years. Having personally owned and developed several properties, he has been able to provide her clients with a refreshing and clear image of what they can expect in home buying/selling process. Due to Peter's background and history he has been able to pair clients together with contractors/surveyors/designers/ state and local municipalities which have saved his clients significant time and money. As passionate as Peter is for development, he primarily focuses on the residential properties, a majority of his clients are repeat business or personal referrals. He has earned numerous awards and recently was elected by his peers for another term as their business representative on the Prudential Advisory Board.
